What are the virtual school laws for the state of florida?

Whats require, i know you have to be homeschool. But do you need a certified teacher or parent to be with you if you are taking virtual school?

You will have to follow the laws for homeschooling in FL.  www.flvs.net is an online public school in FL.  I only homeschooled during the summer  vacation months.  

www.hslda.org will give you more info on homeschooling in FL.  Click on your state.

with flvs.net you have an online teacher that grades your work.  They are certified teachers, so your parents don't have to teach you, but you can always go to them for help if you need it.  Your parents have to sign the application sheet with the classes that you want to take and they will also have to either fax or mail it to them.

There won't be laws but there may be policies. Ask the school in question--you should never rely on somebody in Yahoo Answers as the final, definitive answer.
