All you need as a player is knee pads, and court shoes.  If you are playing real matches with uniforms, you will need a numbered uniform.  

If you are talking about the court equipment, you will need a net and poles and a ball.  Your court will need sidelines that are measured.

All you need is a court, a net, a volleyball, some kneepads and the drive to play!
