What are the warning signs that your bra is too tight Ladies...& you moob guys too I guess? ?

When viewed from the side, the underband that runs around the body should be horizontal, should not ride up the back, and should be firm but comfortable.

The underwires at the front should lie flat against the sternum (not the breast), along the infra-mammary fold, and should not dig in to the chest or the b*****s, rub or poke out at the front.

The b*****s should be enclosed by the cups and there should be a smooth line where the fabric at the top of the cup ends.

There should not be a ridge or any bulging over the top or sides of the cups, even with a low-cut style such as the balconette bra.[

Are your **** spilling out over the top of your bra, is your backstrap riding up rather than going straight across your back as intended? Do your shoulder straps and/or backstrap dig in? These are all signs that you could be binding those beauties too tightly!

Go get measured. They check that the middle part is flat against your skin and the underneath is on the bust line etc. If you get the wrong size, all sorts of problems can happen and it can be very uncomfortable.
