Besides the obvious be kind, courteous, etc., I would check your procedures manual to see if there is a specific way management wants you to greet visitors. Whatever you do, smile.

i find it best to just be warm, inviting, friendl and natural.  most people will respond to this.  people respond to kindness with kindness.  so just about any greeting is fine as long as it's served with a smile.
