What is the absolute prettiest, well manicured, wealthy Parisian suburb, and which is considered the most broken down and impoverished?

  1. The suburb with the highest average income is Marne-la-Coquette.

    But Neuilly-sur-Seine is the emblematic rich suburb.

    The lowest average income is in Aubervilliers. But places like Clichy-sous-Bois or Monfermeil look more "broken down".

    The suburb with the highest crime rate is Saint-Denis.

    Poor: the entire northern part, generally ghettoes of

    north african immigrants

    Sadly the latter grows at a pace much faster than the former

  4. A place as beautiful as Paris you would wish it didn't have any poor sections but alas it does.  I think this was a great question to ask.
