What are the wealthiest suburbs of Paris, and which Parisian suburbs are considered the poorest?

What is the absolute prettiest, well manicured, wealthy Parisian suburb, and which is considered the most broken down and impoverished?

The suburb with the highest average income is Marne-la-Coquette.

But Neuilly-sur-Seine is the emblematic rich suburb.

The lowest average income is in Aubervilliers. But places like Clichy-sous-Bois or Monfermeil look more "broken down".

The suburb with the highest crime rate is Saint-Denis.

Rich: 16ieme, Neully, Passy, Ile Saint Louis (central Island, stunningly pretty).

Poor: the entire northern part, generally ghettoes of

north african immigrants

Sadly the latter grows at a pace much faster than the former

I would say Neuilly sur Seine is the wealthiest but there are several that could vie for poorest. Check this link

A place as beautiful as Paris you would wish it didn't have any poor sections but alas it does.  I think this was a great question to ask.
