so u will go to philippines?which part of the world u come from?if ur an american citizen..u will not need visa if u only stay for 21 days.but if u will extend it u should get ur visa 1-2 weeks before ur 21 dayd visa expire.u go to the consulate and ask for it..its not that expensive.
