What are the white and yellow spots on the tummy of my puppy?

Its a female mix small brown rescued in Cyprus.It does look like an acne how do I treat it without having to go to the vets as it is really expensive and we can get creams from the chemist

My sister told me one time it was "puppy acne" because my pups had it.  Turns out when I took them to the vet, it was.  Take him to the vet to be sure.

Hmm, no clue.  Are they pigment?  Are they raised/elevated?  Are they sore?  Does your puppy l**k them?  Is simply cosmetic?  There's not much info here to go on.

Is your puppy a male.  Sometimes those occur because the urine gets on the tummy and it's like a burn... because of the acidity level in the urine.  I could also be something else... can't remember what it's called though.. sorry... it would be best to take your puppy to the vet... they'll give you a cream to put on it and it will go away

try calling the vet and asking them wat they are im probliy sure tht there frekles my dog has them too.....
