What are the white marks beneath my nails?

couple of my nails on my fingers have this white mark beneath my nails, other people have it too. but we don't know what it is, it disappears out outgrows.

  1. It means you've not been consuming enough calcium - drink more milk, have some cheese etc.


  2. I have that alot too, It means you need calcium, Drink a glass of milk twice a day, ( Even if you hate milk like i do) One glass in the morning and one before you sleep, It will take time to go, Just make sure TWICE A DAY

  7. me and my friend asked my biology teacher the same thing. Apparently it isn't a calcium defficiancy mark, its beacuse you tap your fingers on desks, something hard, which leaves a break/bruise.

  8. It is caused by hitting your nail on something.  Kind of like a bruise, but not purple.  It goes away.
