What are the window designs called?

i see some vehicles with a picture covering there entire rear windshield.

Are these pictures decals, paintings or stickers? What are they called, i tried looking on line but i only can find small dinky ones. I need to know what the ones are called that cover the entire window. Thanks...

Where ever you get tinted windows. they order what you want and do it for you. at a charge of course. good luck.
