What are these bugs?

Okay so I just saw this small tiny little black bug and it doesn't look like it really has legs...maybe just really tiny ones but it you could almost say "jumps" and everytime it makes a little popping sound! I really want to know what this bug is...I've seen two in my house already...

It sounds like a click beetle.  If you look where its head meets it outer wings you will see two protrusions.  When it gets somewhere it can't get out of, or when some one disturbs it. It forces those protrusions below the wings and pop them out. It makes a click when it does this and flies through the air.

sounds like a flea beetle II usually get them in my garden.

Its a sort of BEETLE..

U can use poison to kill them..
