What are these bumps below my stomach?

I'm a 16 year old male and I've had these bumps for around a year and a half now. I'm not sure what caused them, what they are, or how to get them to live. I wasn't sexually active when I started getting them, so it can't be STD's . They started out small but then they got bigger. Some go away in about a month or so, and some look like pimples after a while. I can pop some of them and puss and some blood comes out. They are not painful. Here are some pictures. I've got my boxers pulled down just a little bit, but not enough to see anything unnecessary.

look like warts, should probably get them checked at a dermatologist

If they itch, it may be an allergic reaction to the metal button on your pants or the metal latch on your belt.  Where an undershirt and tuck it in your pants or wear a canvas belt with no metal. Stop itching it and it will go away... Otherwise I don&#039;t know.
