What are these bumps on my arm?

ok so I woke up and I saw these little red bumps all over in little spots on my arm so what are they? and they don't itch

It's Common and uncurable but moisturizing everyday can help the dryness and help make them less noticeable.

or it could be an old skin which it just needs body sponge
