What are these bumps on my lips?

Yesterday or the day before I developed a small red bump that is hard to see on my lower lip. Because I could feel it there, yesterday I was kept puckering my lips together cuz it was bugging me. Now, this morning, I woke up with one directly above it on my top lip. They are red, hard to see, bumps, that do NOT hurt. They are TOO SMALL to be cold sores. they dont look like them at all.... I just put abreva on them and it made them feel really warm...

suggestions?

uv definatly had an reaction to something and it sounds like u need 2 get it checked out to prevent futher spreading.
