check at JC Pennys, or Wal-mart.     they are usually bed in a bag.

I'm pretty sure that you're looking for a down comforter with a duvet cover.

The picture you like is not a comforter.  It is a duvet with a striped duvet cover on it. Duvets are white, and covesr are all colors and patterns.

I recently bought a new comforter, and I found that the best places to shop were JC Penney, Linens N Things, TJ Maxx, and Marshalls. I saw a few like that.
