What are these dolls called?

They were popular in like 2003 and they ahd these huge heads and small bodies. They say something like "hey girlfriend" they are plastic and one of them was called summer. There were 4 of them i think. Does anyone know the names of these dolls?

Also when they talk, their mouths light up and they have huge eyes. Thanks
