What are these kinds of windows called/used in my church?

We have these windows (they are not stained glass) but they are pieces of colored crystals: red, green, blue, yellow, etc., and they are like placed in this hard cement, and kind of bring out pictures, and they are really pretty in the sunlight. What are these called?

I'd say they're mosaic, or inlaid glass.  Attached is a link with information about various types of church windows, and you'll see some mosaics there.
