What are these little brown bugs in my room that like dirty clothes and little bits of food?

Could also be roaches.  Roaches can be very tiny or very large and creepy, and anywhere in between.

Try keeping your dirty clothes in a hamper in the laundry room/area and keep food sealed up in resealable bags or containers.  And don't leave dirty dishes around, keep them in the sink soaking in water until you have time to wash them at the very least.

Crickets will eat clothes.  You aren't talking about them.  Probably something in the "weavel" genus that is most interested in the food.  They will go after the sweat in the dirty clothes.  Not interested in clean clothes.

Moth larvae are not small but they love clothes of all kinds, so it's not them.

They won't hurt you.  Are you a bit of a "rebel" and that's why you don't worry about dirty clothes and food in your room?
