What are these little things in the woods that are pink & Orange and ooze slime?

They come in 2 different colors, orange and pink. If you poke them, they ooze this stuff the same color as it. They are so weird. I didn't touch or eat or smell it, but it looked pretty smooth. I think it might be mold, but I'm not sure.
