What are these little white spots?

There are a few little white spots on my bottom lip. My mom said it is a blister from the sun, that could be it but i never had a blister made up of little white spots.

I did have a LONG soccer practice and had no sunblock on, and i am a white irish boy. LOL

Sound like white heads. To get rid of them buy a facial scrub for spots and black heads and wash your face everyday and make sure you stick to healthy diet and drink lots of water.
