What are these microscopic bugs that seem to be originating from a mud swallow nest I have in my porch?

I noticed tons of these microscopic bugs on the stuff on my porch. I cleaned my porch and everything on it but shortly after (before I had even put the stuff back on my porch they were back on the floor. Mud swallows have built a nest in the roof of the porch. The nest has three babies in it. The pole that the nest is built on is covered with these tiny black bugs. Does anybody know what they could be?

  1. Bugs like swallow bugs and bed bugs can come from the nest.

They suck human blood, and the swallows themselves may carry diseases.

Ticks and fleas can move around a lot, climbing down from buidings.

The bugs may just be some sort of mite, or small fly?

  2. Lice?

  3. Seems like you need to transport the nest elsewhere.
