What are these mushrooms / fungi?

The first is called Jew's Ear fungus.

The second is a type of bracket fungus. Maybe a Birch Bracket Fungus as I see it is growing on a birch tree

Dont eat them you could make yourself very ill and maybe you could die if you eat the wrong ones.

Looks like what we call hen & chicks.

Hen & Chicks is eatible but I'm NOT sure

that these are Hen & Chicks so please
