What are these.......?

i am planning on making a tack trunk and have posted a question asking for help:

one of the answerers mentioned something called a "Rubbermaid Bin". i have seen these mentioned a few times in the context of being used as tack trunks. now to my question: What is a "Rubbermaid Bin" and can i get one in australia?

I also use a Rubbermaid Bin as my tack trunk- they are really just any old plastic tub with a lid. I'm not sure if you could buy real Rubbermaid ones in Austrailia, but any plastic bin will do, it doesn't really matter the brand. You could probably even just use a large cooler as your tack trunk! Anything you can fit your supplies in will do- no need to make one!

It is just a plastic bin. I got mine at the local Fred Meyers if I remember right. I would say your local super-store like Target, Walmart, Lowes or Home Depot. I imagine australia has its own verision of these.

The bins normally come in a good variety of sizes and shapes. Mine has a hinged top, and is purple. I have had it for ages and it has worked out well.

Rubbermaid is a company.

A bin is, well, a container.

They work good as tack trunks as they are very durable and waterproof as well.
