What are these red/purple spots between my b*****s?

A few months ago I noticed two reddish purple spots between me b*****s. At first I just figured that they were from sweat and nothing to worry about, but I am concerned because it has been several months and they have not gone away. I do not think that it is cancer as I am only 17 years old, but I would like to know what they are. They also seem to be sunken into my chest about a quarter of a centimeter, instead of raised, like they were eaten away. They are about the size of pimples and are not tender or painful in any way. Does anyone know what they may be?

sounds like bad acne to me.

dont trip out. its probably nothing.. put some cortizone on it and see a doctor if it doesnt go away.. dont be scared of the doctor if you are.. cause im sure theres nothing really wrong.
