What are these skin bumps i have at the base of my p***s?

they aren't white, some of them look like they are just hair bumps but others don't. they are not red or irritated looking. they are just little flesh colored bumps. i am a virgin and std's don't run in my family. what are they?

You are correct they are just hair follicles and when I shave there they are more noticeable because of razor bumps come with it too.  They aren't anything to become concerned about.

They are normal kinda like acne but not as bad.  Most guys have them.

its called Fordyce's Spot, don't worry its perfectly natural some males have it all around their p***s and some only on the base and underneath their shaft, there isn't a cure for them only a way to make them appear less by not moisturizing them and leaving them dry, try not to touch either.
