What are these spots on my friends p***s?

my friend says he has these wierd spots on on the head of his p***s, there is no way possible that he could have and STI, i was wondering if anyone knew what these were. i really dont think its an STI, this was told to me in good faith and isnt in anyway g*y, he is truly worried

you might see the spot on nhis ball's and the p***s.these spot are where he is going to grow hair.in a month or 2 you should see some hair coming

It sounds like herpes to me. And don't say its impossible. The virus can lie dormant for many years, so if he's ever had s*x in his whole life he could theoretically have it. Also you can get it from other things, non s*x activities. Towels.

See a doctor. Er, I mean, tell your friend that. ;-)

EDIT: I know it sounds disgusting, but do an image google search for "spots on p***s" or similar, and then compare. You might just find one that looks exactly like yours and get a name for "it".

could be "pearly penile papules", no joke, check out pictures and compare, if that is it it's not a problem. If it looks different, like a wart, he should see a dermatologist.

Are they white?

Then they are called Fordyces spots:totally harmless.

If flesh colored they are PPP'S:also harm less

Whats a STI?  I have never heard of that. By your friend do you mean you?  Because I think when I lot of people say "their friend"  They are really talking about themselves.

why is he afraid of the doctors they've seen it all before surely his health is more important than two minutes of embarrassment it could be nothing or it might just need a course of anti biotics
