What are these strange marks?

I have these strange marks at the top of my inner thighs. They look like stretch marks but are really sore. Im not overweight but they are really sore at the top and open up. They can be so sore that i can barely walk. Does anyone know what these are and what i can do about them?

supplement zinc and vitamin c and see your doctor. They could just be "one of those things"
