What are these symptoms signs of? please help.?

Having middle-left back spasms, but it seems to cause coughing and its a dry cough. I have also been having a headache. BTW the spasms are happening threw out the day, all day. So any ideal what this could be? I have never had these kind of symptoms before. Anyways all help is greatly appreciated.

This could be a nerve problem. Weak nerves that need excercise and nutrious food and vitimans.
