A lot of people, during email, IMing or forum posting, create characters such as bunnies, stick people or words using the keyboard lines, o's, 0's, and other keys on the keyboard.

Also, I read somewhere that Japanese people are very good at this "picture-making."

Do you know what these are called?

Usually, pictures made using characters from the keyboard are called ASCII art. There are tons of generators and pre-made ASCII things online. If you search it you can find a lot of pictures created using codes. Wikipedia has a pretty good article on it. This particular animal is popular because it isn&#039;t too difficult to make yourself/copy and paste but some are pretty amazing. There is a bird in the Wikipedia article that is pretty sweet. It&#039;s cool how many different things people make, and maybe you can make some too!
