What are these things on me?

I just noticed that i have little tiny red spots maybe like of them on my breast area. they look like when you cratch yourself and it leaves a inside blood mark. any idea what they are? or how im getting it?

omg i had those too! i think they are called like pettichae or something. its when the capillaries burst. it's no biggie.
