What are these two flags?

I have two flags to identify, they are as follows:blue and white checked with crest with two lions at each end-the other is red, white, blue, and yellow-two blue rectangles on the left seperated by white -white strip in middle, two red triangles on right with a yellow bordered with red arrow look alike between the two red triangles

  3. The flags you described aren't American state flags. Wrong section.

    However...The first one could be Subcarpathian Voivodeship, but going by your description, I can't be sure.

    The 2nd one is Newfoundland and Labrador.
