What are these wierd pains i get?

Some-days...just out of the blue. I get REALLY sharp and short repeated pains in my right shoulder and right temple...It lasts only for a couple of seconds but it hurts immensely!

What is wrong?!?!?!?

Pinched nerve, generally referred pain from your spine. A physiotherapist or chiropractor, or even a decent massage therapist may help. Otherwise, it is X-rays and the doctor for you.
