What are they called!!?

What are those thingys, that you put ontop of the bottle and then s***w the cap on, w/o a nipple, so it doesn't leak? What are those called?

It's definitely a disc. You are suppose to use those to shake the bottles to make the formula, if you formula feed. I have 2 (I use Avent bottles. I hate them. They leak no matter what).
