Hey what are those house called i want to say loft but I'm not sure its those condos that you own but it has like one floor and it has like the bedroom up stair kinda and the only acuall bedroom is the bathroom

A loft is generally a very large open space with the bathroom the only room with walls.  They originally came about when old warehouses or other old buildings were converted into housing.  The style caught on and they sell lofts in new buildings now, too.  Sometimes prior owners or the builders will have put in an elevated area for the bedroom.
