  1. it's their genes man.

    and yes...they are massive!

....what have we irish been feeding Paul O'Connell?

  2. That goes for all Polynesians.  I am a Maori my three year old son weighs 20 kgs.  Not an ounce of fat.  He is just very solid and very fast.  Yet he doesn't eat that much.  Genetics, fast twitch fibres, bigger bone and muscle density.  Similar to why Germans, Dutch and Swedish are very tall, because they are.

  3. T*A*R*O...with a tin of corned beef...and a load of coconut cream poured over the top!!!!

  4. A sprinkle of Creatine on their cereal,

two spoons of creatine in their tea,

and creatine sauce with their elephant stake at dinner.

  5. Tulagi brother all the way

  6. You should try growing up in Western Sydney playing & fighting against them ! I really believe that junior Rugby & League should have size & weight restrictions or you play up an age group or 4 ! Luckily they lack a bit of true grit, but have BIG HITS. Luckily i've moved out & upwards.

  7. All the south sea islanders are..

They are a deeply religious bunch and worshipping their bodies and taking extremely good care of themselves is part of their religion (i read somewhere). If only they had the structures in place and the financial backing any of the six nations teams recieve.. it would frankly be pointless for anyone else to play rugby.

  8. TARO!  It's a Pacific Island constant.  Personally I cant stand it, but you wont find a single Pacific Islander that says the same.  That, genetics, protein from a young age and growing up in lower income neighbourhoods.  A lot of us didn't have computers and stuff growing up so we were out mucking around playing touch, cricket, tennis anything we could get our hands on.  Our parents get us into sports early too... plus our parents would give us an old fashioned butt whoopin' so we know how to run!
