What are they going to do with Thurman Munson locker when they move in to the New Stadium

Just something that hit me today, i want to know if they are going to take it in the New Staduim or what.

I have not heard, but it would probably be appropriate now to donate it to the Baseball HOF for a permanent display.

OMG i was thinking about that all yesterday. I hope they move it Or make a new one replicating it. You cant just leave that locker behind.

That would be just one of many items that has to be moved with tender loving care.  I hope that those who are moving everything completely understand just how important this is to baseball history.

This would be a project that I would love to be involved with.

Its going to be relocated along with the other lockers to the new New York Yankee Stadium.

As everyone has said, this will probably be moved to the new stadium. Hopefully, it isn't this that Jeter said he was going to "steal" when the stadium closes.
