  1. If you mean what do they yell at you for? Everything! Every failing you have and everything that makes them better soldiers then you. If you mean what do you they insult you about? They insult you about whatever comes to mind. "Get a shave" "Does your mum know your here" and so on.

  2. Everything you can think of and a whole lot more

    Vet-USAF

  3. 1.Your bed not being made right

    2. clothes not folded and out away right

    3. the way that you clean (anything)

    4. being on time

    5. the way you do push ups

    6. your boots not shining (looks like a chocolate **** bar)

    these are just a few....

  4. If you are too slow they will yell.If you don't know how to listen they will also yell.they always yell at Sissy's.

  5. pretty much everything they can, if they know enough about you, you are screwed, the best thing to do is keep your mouth shut and just let it wash over you.  they will yell to get you to move faster most of the time, but they dont yell all the time, its not like the old days, some of them are pretty nice.

  6. for being slow

    not on time

    lazy

or you didn't think about the rest the people of the people in your squad

    and sometimes

they yell at you for over achieveing!

  7. Religion

  8. Not following directions, not paying attention to detail, breathing, not keeping in steep when marching, moving when in formation, running too slow, not trying hard enough during PT, quiting, talking in formation, forgetting general orders, not knowing the chain of command, folding your underwear wrong, folding your towel wrong, having a button unbuttoned,

well pretty much anything. You will get yelled at at least once...but don't take it personal just follow through and do the push ups or what ever punishment they dish out. It is not that bad.

  9. Let's use your question as the basis for a little rant!

"WTF is your problem little girl?" "You have to go behind my back to ask questions...about me?" "ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND?" "DROP AND GIVE ME 20" "You worthless bag of c**p" "Why God, why do you send me these children?"

"PERMISSION TO RECOVER? I DON'T THINK SO PRINCESS! ASSUME THE THINKING POSITION!"

Crack the door open just a little on any topic and BANG!

  10. Everything and anything all day long!

  11. Anything they want to.

  12. what is it that they don't yell at you about....you might wanna ask. LOL... they do this to break your pride and build you up to be mentally strong and then of course the pysical exercise. Get prepared is all i can say.

  13. I don’t know about Drill Sergeants but my Sergeant Instructors yelled at us about:

    -Posture and body position

    -Volume of voice (often)

-Discrepancies in appearance (clothing and body), behavior, attitude, and performance

    -Dirty rifle (not me :D)

    -Speed of movement (often)

    -Speed of task completion (often)

-Anything else they felt like yelling at us for.

  14. Just about anything.

Remember that it is their job to make sure that you can handle stress.

  15. Whatever they think will push your buttons or give them an excuse to make you do push ups; religion, sexual orientation, what part of the country you come from, your socio-economic background, etc.

  16. Looking sloppy.  Moving slow.  Talking or not paying attention.  Anything that comes to their mind really.

  17. There are many integral parts of boot camp that will get you drilled or yelled at and these basically fall into two categories.

Standard Procedure:  Everyone messes up sometime and this is where you would do it the most, this would include but not be limited to...

    Not Shaving

    Improperly folded rack

    Improperly Ironed Uniforms

    Improperly Folded Uniforms

Failing or doing poorly on a PFA (Physical Fitness Assessment)

Failing or doing poorly on a written assessment

    and oh so many more

Special Circumstance:  This is stuff that has to do with the condition of your squad or division.  If you have a lot of heavy weights in your squad/division, chances are if you have a good drill/rdc they will make it common ground that NO ONE in the squad/division eat dessert when you are at chow, for most weight isn't a problem but getting everyone to work as a team is key here and a team is only as strong as its weakest link so the support is supposed to be helpful.

  18. A better question is what DON'T Drill Sergeants yell at you about! They may make things up just to tick you off, so don't think you'll squeak by without at least a couple good butt chewings!

  19. Pertty much any thing they want.

  20. Anything you mess up on.
