  1. Not enough.

People are cutting down rainforests for land (for crops and for cattle to graze) and lumber.

Ways that people could reduce the deforestation are going vegetarian, recycling (reducing the need for lumber), switching to alternatives (hemp, bamboo, banana tree paper, etc), and many more.

I even saw this video of people planting cacao plants instead of another crop, which actually helps the rainforest. The cacao plants bring in more profit than most of the crops being grown in the Amazon. If there is more profit, there is less demand for cutting down trees for land.

  2. The rain forest are fine without your help.

  3. well...lets see...not much but i can tell u that people r not buying plastic stuff as much as they used to which stops factories from expanding and cutting down forests or something...

i cant remember what else but i think some of the rainforests r being protected by security guards especially in brazil cuzz thats where a lot of illegal logging is happening.

um...recycling! which reduces deforestation for more paper i guess... oh! and a new plant is planted in some countries whenever a tree is cut down.

omgomgomgomgg! u should see the condition in the philppines. look up SMOKEY MOUNTAIN or something, its  a mountain completely made of trash, and people live in it!  yuck!

  4. Nothing...Lol were saying that we are doing something but do you see any difference? They said it like a few years ago but were still cutting down trees like it's a sport. We're all doomed soon.

  5. Are we really supposed to do your homework for you?
