  1. we can learn the 99 names of Allah and teach our children about ramadan, listen to the quran, read hadeeth, cook for our husbands, and anything halal, basically anything but pray, touch the quran and fast, inshallah Allah will reward us for our efforts!

  2. if youre traveling or pregnant you have to pay fidya, i am 99% sure that is not the case with the menses though but ill check and let u know. of course in all cases you do have to make up the fasts that youve missed.

as mentioned, you can still listen to quran recitation even if you cant touch it to read it yourself, you can actually recite to yourself from memory as well.. you can read other beneficial books concerning the deen.. you can cook.. clean, do laundry for the people who are fasting around you, since it is much less tiring for a person who is not fasting to do these things, to name a few.

  3. Supplication, dhikr, listening Quran etc.

  4. give sadqah

  5. there are many things you can do during that time in Ramadan:

    -  QURAN:

you can listen to the Quran being recited and you will get

the same hassanat as if you were reading it yourself.

    -  DHIKR (REMEMBRANCE OF GOD):

you can spend a lot of time just saying "Sobhan Allah" or

"Alhamdulilla" or "Astaghfir Allah" which will give you tons of

       hassanat.

    -  CHARITY (SADAQA):

you can visit the poor in their shelters and donate some

(money/clothes/food...) to the needing people or the orphans. just smiling in their face is enough to bring happiness to their world. Prophet Muhammed was very very generous in Ramadan.

Hadrat Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that Allah's Messenger (may Allah's blessings and peace be upon him) was the most generous of people in charity, but he was generous to the utmost in the month of Ramadan. Hazat Jibril (peace be upon him) would meet him every year during the month of Ramadan until it ended, and Allah's Messenger (may Allah's blessings and peace be upon him) recited to him the Qur'an; and when Jibril (peace be upon him) met him, Allah's Messenger (may Allah's blessings and peace be upon him) was most generous in giving charity like the blowing wind. (Muslim)

    -  BREAKING THE FASTING OF ANOTHER MUSLIM:

Prophet Muhammed said: “Whoever feeds a fasting person will have a reward like that of the fasting person, without any reduction in his reward.” [At-Tirmidhi, authenticated by Al-Albani.]

and that person does not have to be a poor one, you can just give any Muslim sister you know a date or something for her to eat at the Maghrib.

    -  TIES OF KINSHIP:

you should be keener on being connected with your family and relatives, especially those whom the vicissitudes of life prevent continual communication with. even if they don't treat you well or don't visit you back, then you should keep doing what you are doing knowing that you are doing it for Allah as you were ordered.

    -  WATCHING RELIGIOUS SHOWS ON TV:

there are a lot of amzing Islamic shows on tv made especially for Ramadan. they are very rich and they help you get the spirit of Ramadan high enough till the end of it. it helps you to become a better you through out the whole year. they constantly remind you of Allah and how close He is to us. they are really great and help a lot.

    -  DU'AA:

also, you can make Du'aa which is very important in this Holy month you should be keen on using “the believer’s weapon,” du`aa’ (supplication to Allah), in every situation. This is true of every situation that occurs for a Muslim in daily life. During fasting, stick to making du`aa’, because in this state you are nearer to Allah and your supplications are more likely to be accepted. Thus, you should make du`aa’ to Allah all the time and not forget that Allah responds to the invocations of the supplicant when he or she calls on Him sincerely from the heart. Allah says in His Ever-Glorious Qur’an:

[And when My slaves ask you (O Muhammad—peace be upon him) concerning Me then (answer them) I am indeed near (to them by My knowledge). I respond to the invocations of the supplicant when he calls on Me (without any mediator or intercessor). So let them obey Me and believe in Me, so that they may be led aright.] (Al-Baqarah 2:186)

so, don't feel down or anything, you can do a lot of things in Ramdan during this time which will make you feel like you are very near to Allah

I wish you a happy and sin-free Ramadan which will increase your faith in Allah In Shaa Allh... :)
