you mean the 2-way conferencing kind? There's no actual name , besides what they make up. but the feature is 2 way Video confrencing.

to be honest i haven't seen those in about 1 year, Motorolla us-ta advertise them in there HELLOMOTO section to compliment there 3g phones that do the same. The trick is that both need to have that feature, its actually a box not the TV but you can get them designed to be a TV/phone for home. So if one doesnt have it, it wont work. Save money use the 2 way Video of the computer.. same thing and any webcam works just better cam better quality Video
