What are those bugs that look like roaches, but have those 2 spikey looking things by their butt

The arent earwigs. The 2 spikey things arent going side to side not out the back of them. Maybe they are just roaches? Anyway, whats the best way to get rid of them in the home. I noticed a few over the last few days and its really making me mad, because we never had them. And now we have new neighbors that dont seem to take good care of their house and now there are these bugs. Im just trying to find the safest way to get rid of them, im 8 months pregnant so i dont think spray would be good. Do those bait traps work?

Earwigs are really nasty out in the garden. They will eat anything.

there earwigs, the standard bug sprays  will not kill them instead, use professional insecticides  Control of earwigs is the same as Centipedes and  Millipedes.

Ugly, but not as bad as they look. I still don't like them though.

They might be roaches. It's hard to say, because there are so many bugs that look a lot alike.
