What are those emails on facebook that tell you that you're in someone's "secret video"?

I keep getting these emails from random people in which is a link to a page where the title is; (person's name)'s secret video. Are these some sort of virus or should i not worry about it?

do not open them. they are a link to a video that when u try to download an update that it says u need, will download a nasty virus. I got the virus yesterday but today i used Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, free version and i think that fixed it. u might want to tell who ever sent u that link about this. If they are sending the messages out that means they have the virus and it is making the messages and sending them on its own.
