What are those litte white clovers that grow on your lawn?

it's clover. Depending what kind of grass you have, you can apply weed killer . It's very important you get the right weed killer for your grass type.

Those "little white clovers" are literally clovers. The whole plant - the shamrock shaped three-leaf green parts (IE: 'four leaf clovers') and the flower comprise the entire "clover plant." The flower part is simply the flower head. It is a common weed and any gardening supply place can give you a weed killer that will get rid of it.
