What are those little cartoon people that you can make as your picture called? Can I make another one?

I'm guessing you mean the avatar's.  You already have one!

Under your Avatar picture on the edit page is a button to click on called SAVE TO MY FAVORITES. After you save it you can create another one. Save that one to your favorites and do it again up to 12 times. To edit a favorite delete the old one and then save the edited one.

Those are called "Avatars" and yes,you can make another one ...click on yours,on next page click "Edit my info" follow  directions.
