What are those microphones ?

Its like grey. Its portable. It's small then gets bigger. You pull a trigger, speak into it and it projects your voice. You see it in movies where like cops are tryign to talk to a hostage or a suicider who is high up.

I don't want the PA on the car. I'm talking about where like anyone can go down the street.

Its the horn looking thing.
