  1. Most of 'em are non-acid-fast--the UNUSUAL thing is to be acid-fast, so it's easier to list those:

    Mycobacterium, including those that cause leprosy

    Nocardia

    Bacterial spores

    Some protozoan parasites, including Cryptosporidium parvum and Isospora and Cyclospora cysts

    Sperm heads
