What are those rings that you put on paper so the wholes don't rip in a 3 ring Binder?

Reinforcements they are little white circles that go around the holes of the paper, you can get them at any office supply store like Office Depot

ring reinforcers, get them in the school section, like at wal-mart.  they usually come in a small box of 100.
