  1. Stemware (sometimes called stemglass) holders are what you're seeking.  You can  special order them in the kitchen department of home centers, at some housewares shops like Bed, Bath & Beyond and most likely online.  They come in wood or metal and secure to the bottom of your cabinets.  The wood ones are typically sold in different widths to line up with your cabinet bottoms.  (Know that dimension before you place an order.)  I have had clients whose glass bottoms were too wide to fit in standard stem glass holders.  Be sure you know how wide the base can be before you special order anything, as well.  Good luck!

  2. There are two types, I'm not sure exactly what you mean but, there are mug-hooks, and I am almost certain the others for stem-ware and the like are called bar-racks. Any knowledgeable person at a home improvement store could probably help you with the exact name and product, and just think,...if you're embarassed about not knowing exactly what they are called, you couldn't sound any dumber than me when explaining it.
