What are those tiny yellow circles on the outside of my window?

As someone who has trypophobia, I can't stand those clusters of whatever they are. Are they eggs? Fungus? Please someone tell me what they are and how to get rid of it. I almost throw up every time I open my blinds and see them.

A photo would help identify them.

If they are actually small 'spheres', they could be spider egg sacks... which should be held in place with some spider webbing.  If thats what they are, a broom, or spray from a garden hose should remove them quickly enough.  (If they are between the screen and window, the screen will have to be removed first)
