What are those upside-down--U-shaped entryway things called?

Question

I can't recall what they are called, but they are usually just something people walk under on the path to a front door or something. The ones I've seen have been made of some sort of metal and have flowers wrapped around them. Pretty much a tunnel that is only a foot or so long.
