Gross I know....They're kind of like cottage cheese in texture and they smell HORRIBLE. I've been wondering if it's stuff that is caught by my tonsils or something.

  1. See if this is what you're talking about.  I found this in Wiki and they're called tonsilloliths, tonsil stone or calculus of the tonsil.  They have photos, treatment, etc.  The link is below.

I sounds like you're right about it being stuff in you're tonsils.  Yuck.  Hope you can get rid of 'em.

  2. I think it's food stuck in your throat. It happened to me a couple times, real nasty. It happened after I gargled with peroxide, so I think that contributed to it.

if it happens allot I don't know what's wrong, it only happened to me like 3 times. I'm not even sure if your talking about the same thing.

besides that i really don't know.

  3. I used to get that a lot when I was younger. I actually went to the doctor about it and he told me that many people get it. It's food that gets lodged in crevices in the back of your throat. They will stay there a while before you gag them up. He gave me some really long q-tip type things (I'm sure you can find them in a grocery store) that I used to clean out the crevices. I've since started gargling with listerine and I don't have the problem anymore.
